Biography

I'm a Director of Photography based in Montreal with 52 years of experience. My work has spanned a wide range of projects, including television series, drama, documentaries, commercials, and corporate videos, taking me to over 40 countries.

I'm a graduate of Toronto Metropolitan University in Photo Arts and Motion Picture, and over the years, I've had the opportunity to share my knowledge by teaching cinematography and filmmaking at Concordia University and the National Film Board of Canada in Montreal.

I’m passionate about shooting, whether it be in the Arctic, the desert, the jungle, on the shop floor of a factory, or in a corporate boardroom.

Throughout my career, I've been fortunate to film more than 400 Canadian musicians across the country. Additionally, I've had the privilege of filming individuals, including royalty, prime ministers, tribal leaders, corporation presidents, and a host of well-known figures. Among them are Bruce Willis, Jamie Foxx, Hugh Jackman, Rachel Weisz, Ellen Burstyn, Cate Blanchett, William Hurt, Christian Bale, John Cusack, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Michelle Williams, Bruce Greenwood, Steven Spielberg, Richard Donner, Hilary Duff, David Beckham, Lorde, and Catherine Zeta-Jones.
